“What we don’t need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human.”
— Brené Brown
Psychotherapy
Traditional psychotherapy aims to reduce ineffective patterns that are getting in the way of living fulfilling and meaningful lives, feeling at peace and in control, and experiencing healthy and loving relationships.
Virtual Reality Exposure
Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy is focused on reducing fear-based behaviors that interfere with your life. It’s most commonly used to treat Phobias, OCD, Trauma Recovery and Panic Attacks. We use virtual reality to improve the exposure process.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic, psychedelic-assisted modality that pairs Ketamine treatment with dedicated psychotherapy sessions for deeper therapy, more frequent breakthroughs and effective clinical outcomes.

How it works.
Schedule a free 20-minute consultation to ask questions and/or schedule an initial appointment.
Set-up your client portal where you can safely and privately complete the initial client paperwork.
We’ll schedule an initial intake session where we’ll take the time to get to know one another, explore what you’re experiencing and what you would like to change, and end by discussing a treatment plan including proposed treatment modalities, goals, and scheduling.
The active treatment portion of care will depend on factors discussed at intake; however, typical treatment plans include 50-minute sessions weekly or every other week. Session can be titrated as symptoms reduce and goals are reached. If you are engaging in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, you will have a unique treatment plan of preparation, dosing and integration sessions.
Throughout treatment, self-report assessment measurements and treatment goals are discussed regularly to hold us accountable to making positive change, accomplishing goals, and making sure we're not missing anything along the way!

Client
Responsibilities.
Be honest. Share your true experiences — I can only help based on what I know.
Show up. Emotionally and physically be present during our time together.
Reflect and apply. The time in-between sessions is far greater than the time in session. Creating change is more than just going to an hour of therapy.
Be willing. Therapy is asking you to talk about things that you don’t like to talk about or feel, it can be uncomfortable, but through discomfort we grow and change. Let’s do this together.

Treatment is individualized to you and our treatment goals are designed around what you want to see change in your life. I will be honest and transparent in our work as well as compassionate and kind. Engaged clients who are active in doing their work both within and outside of session can expect to see improvement within the first month of treatment and participate in regular assessment throughout to ensure continued progress.
Think about it like having a physical fitness goal. If you only go to a training session 1x/week you will have someone present to guide and share new techniques, observe and adjust your form, to assist in increasing your weight load incrementally and to answer any questions you have. While this is an incredible opportunity, the speed at which you reach your fitness goals depends very much on the physical work that is being done between training sessions. This includes not just ongoing physical exercise but also attending to influencing factors like nutrition & sleep.
Your mental health is very similar. We will use our session time to give you the best opportunities to learn, grow and heal. We will talk about practice outside of session and influencing factors on mental health such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, and meditation. Choosing you means choosing all of you. And I hope to help that feel more attainable if it hasn't felt that way for you in the past.
